Nikhil Kumar is an experienced business executive specialising in planning, design and implementation of emerging technology solutions with a focus on value definition, measurement and benefit realisation. He has worked extensively in implementing technology and operations management solutions for a range of organisations spanning from small software development houses to large corporations to tier 1 technology consulting firms.
In his early career, Nikhil has developed software for varied applications such as structural analysis for the design of NASA’s space station, geographical information systems for physical asset management for Telstra’s Australia-wide telecommunications networks, and workflow management system at State Revenue Office, Victoria. He has managed the delivery of telecommunication products and services and operations of telecommunication networks for companies such as Telstra, where he pioneered the implementation of modern Business Process Management IT tools and techniques.
Nikhil has developed business cases for a range of technology applications and program managed their successful implementations with demonstrated value realisation. He specialised in Business Value of IT during his MBA studies at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne. He also has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University USA, a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and has recently completed a professional education program on “Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World” from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
Anuradha (Anu) Garg is a CBAP certified Business and Systems Analyst with over fifteen years of experience developing technology solutions for a range of organisations across multiple sectors as banking, logistics, telecommunications and leisure. She has a strong background in business requirements elicitation and analysis, solution requirements analysis using BABOK framework and Agile solution delivery methodologies. Anu has worked on large scale technology implementation programs such as New Payments Platform at NAB and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Logistics and EFT Payment systems at Australia Post and Online Portal platforms at Tabcorp.
She has developed software for complex applications such as satellite based Global Mobile Telecommunication systems at NEC Australia and Air Traffic Control systems at Adacel Technologies. Anu has a Master of Information Technology (Internet Technologies) from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Agra University, India.

Steve Bungay is the Chief Executive Officer of Envision IT that he founded in 2002.Envision IT specialises in products development and complex projects involving Digital Transformations, Big Data and IoT. Steve has worked in the IT industry for more than 30 years and is an engineer by qualification.
Sanjiv Bhasin is an Electrical Engineer and an MBA with 30 years’ experience in sensors and instrumentation. He founded Bestech Australia in 2002 from his study and since then it has grown to become one of the well-established companies for sensors and testing systems in Australia. Bestech has over 15 engineers from various engineering disciplines to provide a wealth of application and testing knowledge. Sanjiv is a stickler for regular exercise and loves bush walking, photography and gardening.
